Create email templates for operations department

Update and maintain office policies and procedures
& Q5 w: c8 x+ z" n; _: JSubmit and reconcile expense reports* a, n5 o9 y+ p+ i5 i1 V
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
8 A1 r) E5 s3 T" j' h8 R0 JLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers+ r% D( o* y, o4 o

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
& K' E J) Y3 `Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
