Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Submit and reconcile expense reports7 R& N7 k% z9 T
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients" [! X2 P1 A E3 T, l" N) K
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers6 \4 r3 s) p; r, A( z; m3 U

Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail* O. W/ q& c- f/ c! R
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus- x8 z. c$ I7 S& Q. A" C
