Answer and direct phone calls

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
& a2 H9 t- F/ r3 }4 HDevelop and maintain a filing system
% `& Q. {2 b8 S' VUpdate and maintain office policies and procedures
$ N2 s$ l) A4 h7 y1 oSubmit and reconcile expense reports
* p2 Q% ^7 p ]% p/ x) K, ZAct as the point of contact for internal and external clients' i* n' p# d2 |6 q; [& S1 ]5 m( K
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus' n3 U5 M4 e T. S3 R
