Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports7 w" ~6 M6 s3 e
Develop and maintain a filing system) q9 R$ S' H# F; w( n
Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients6 @; @% ^% b: M ]: ?: l; u9 v) _' F
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers6 A0 Y: _6 U& m7 W" a

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy7 X. c& X! L% M6 ]3 l+ r
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
