工作职责
* r" v0 {- a) w, k7 h! ^. ZŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
4 E1 [1 v+ a1 Y  [/ P0 h5 HŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.

/ |% N/ S& K1 GŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
7 t& X8 ]% s+ j/ K% V3 fŸ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
9 b$ k& r; Q, b( ?8 ?Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
3 _$ Q7 c% \9 a7 N2 R5 lŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
1 w& B, m' Z2 O  k7 uŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
