1 e4 r# T0 L9 e8 c& H( }* aŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
' L, w; V% E( s# K  e4 N" nŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
- H- O( P, B+ F# _& N, G. t2 FŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
' x# Q, z8 u- q, qŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
6 Z' n) M  D& S5 VŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
' Y% [+ Z2 q4 \" u- MŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
: s) |3 q0 p) r7 _! U$ A% t5 hŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

# ~6 H; c* m: n7 {  Z4 I0 vŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.

3 ^4 [+ `; Q! g0 sŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
