工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

. A2 b4 C5 g6 ^7 D, q( ^- BŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
$ W* X8 R- H, k7 tŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
/ N4 I' a- W% ?. H1 }, ?Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
5 Z7 W& H* p- e! x) r$ v8 ZŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
! m+ x, j" b# H+ s( x/ OŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
; c$ A4 G* q4 W# a' M% XŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
" h: j  E+ B6 w; ^0 b& xŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

. o$ N' Z# `' IŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.

Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
1 V4 |3 i" s* u% S% [6 TŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
9 }$ l9 J6 W* k  {' j1 HExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
