4 h! D8 I  y& U. oŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
3 x/ {+ L+ ~7 T$ i" ZŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
2 `8 f6 g3 j- s6 zŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

% x3 h2 K: z0 j8 ~/ dŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
6 o1 }1 `. T/ `9 K. BŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
$ t2 g+ M+ c7 j; w+ g4 lŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
; T6 G9 @9 A! k, F0 BŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
- x8 f5 _4 G& T5 D! W' m& Q) w% uŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
$ @3 W3 a2 B( mŸ   WHMIS
% J$ c- n( j- U5 g$ n) qŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
9 Q$ @& s2 @, T5 V  ~( \/ g- dŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
% R$ v/ f# S7 D5 ?8 h+ RŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
3 B7 D* o+ }2 G$ `9 Z( qExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
