Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
1 y9 Z  P2 m# P; {# pŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
. e$ F7 `" ~9 W- W1 \5 HŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
# {* |! T7 a% h" B! aŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
! ]% L5 d) g4 n! h' w0 ?8 b8 sŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
0 y% P- O. C6 z! S% ZŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

1 ?# c; Z0 F% z3 D1 yŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
7 x. O' C5 d8 D3 x* l  Q2 mŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
/ O, D' C" y( d0 `7 x" uŸ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
