工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
! L: \9 @5 G) m! x: n- RŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
! s4 n+ x; D7 S" KŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

8 g4 ]$ a7 d" R$ s" o3 F; b! G6 T$ CŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
% E6 @: a6 u; t% A9 w2 r6 f4 pŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
) k5 S% P* |, z( T4 |' CŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
7 Y3 G4 `3 R* n" O% j9 j7 jŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
9 x& U( h  k1 ^Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
, X: ]6 U3 j" N! v6 GŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
# I% K$ e. a3 Z+ ]* R' BExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
