2 [0 L- p4 s% t% P8 S7 S5 K5 `The Sushi Food Prep Teammate is responsible for the day-to-day operations including making sushi and other offerings in compliance with recipes and standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
-Job Responsibilities:
  J4 v: Q+ D" d8 w  {! I% n& W; uCreate high-quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting, packaging, labeling, and date stamping.
Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are adhered.
Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
& \" I4 \. Y7 H0 k! `2 o+ S' M3 I5 ?' uMaintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk.
. y7 [7 e* o; q# X) M) zOrder and receive raw materials and dry goods.

Perform monthly inventories and training of new teammates as required.
