Job Description
4 V& h8 g( Y- M7 O; S' u$ T4 }3 EResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.; J! p7 w/ a! v6 ~/ ]+ b9 m2 R M' a
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.! N+ |# g7 x, y7 w( }) [4 }/ ^
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
/ c4 ?+ q; o0 Q) H+ r! PResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
& C: x+ O5 }+ O. g& ?( S7 }1 PResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.: u {1 t2 L# K1 L
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
# m: i9 f3 x! i/ U1 c5 nNetwork and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
2 x; I8 ]; T7 w- AImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
! g! r9 R: Q+ L# y2 T3 ^Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.$ M) O8 k2 L$ m/ ^- G. R) N, T
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
