Job Description
- v8 }' ]) d# b/ O( G! Q% hResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
3 m: {8 v" Z' k }Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.
8 M$ g+ G8 C GResponsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
1 i9 ~- d7 L6 |2 j8 R( G" p- rResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider./ x1 N5 |7 }1 w! ~3 ^
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.' o* f' R! ]; v: U% l' L
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
) i* ]( t! b# \+ ENetwork and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
: u7 g% P8 P: Q$ p9 A9 rImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.' } F% |+ j( e1 g
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
) m) q7 V3 w$ N& g' yHelp desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
