Job Description
. ?4 f3 O, k/ a. @Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
8 l4 _. A) ]) S" o* \4 MResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.( w1 l& u" w9 D8 ] y' Z7 g
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.) ?$ o7 I6 r, h; v5 k5 e
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
V& D F2 v; }8 h. Z! D1 z r4 rResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.0 P K" M% i% V& C$ N. V
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.9 }; P: ]+ @, e% [) |# K/ Q
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.' E, I9 s: C, L# c' M0 X% Y
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.
7 q H. U; K9 c, ~0 KBuild IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.' u3 Y2 a) N' x: N4 _
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
