Job Description
' n. H7 P( B8 c. xResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
; o: Z. P4 ` e6 {' j u1 CResponsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.
5 n' x3 g. A6 S; y# t: ~* k fResponsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
: f P( ?- S$ K J3 HResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.2 y! q4 e( R9 C. ?+ n' S0 t1 b8 w8 q
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.
; h: z& O8 v+ X. mResponsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
Q! n5 k2 N# D3 ]- e- HNetwork and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.; @' }4 U/ g2 u) V# a
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.' @6 w- m) p% G; |- e2 E
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
