Responsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.( V* a3 V6 j& a ?5 \
Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.& Q: ?' `8 b8 [# m j$ s
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.- d2 y9 A+ H' x6 _5 K+ {
Responsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
6 d& ]3 Q6 z$ A: V# _5 z' AResponsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.( B* v j2 g, f5 r; F. S. g
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.7 m7 b9 L+ y) `/ R2 w7 a
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
8 u2 ~, \' s% d) b1 J: W XImplement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.2 _4 m2 F% H+ A0 [3 k
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.
