Average house prices have hit half a million dollars in southwest Edmonton and almost $400,000 across the Capital region.5 O' H5 l# x; P# L0 `0 Y- B; |) y; K

In only the first three months of this year, average home prices have climbed 12.4 per cent, so Pratt has abandoned her earlier forecast of a 15 per cent increase for the full year.) A' {5 @! E+ P# v
