CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
- S1 B" i4 |9 ^) m9 g; o. g•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
& j+ h. w1 S$ _7 U! s) m$ a- I* ~•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
' |) X0 j  I$ G6 e/ H9 A3 S•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
( p" O, }& n9 n) _5 L) L4 G•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
+ D: v7 D2 ~* X" P•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
5 V$ M; s; X3 O1 Z•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
6 _: c5 g9 X5 \9 W
/ e  a+ ]6 e: H, T7 f) @( v•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
0 ^8 T! a7 [9 d* @& ]•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
) ~1 J; K( C2 i+ L•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
7 }  a, p) y/ q  ]! r+ u7 m•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
' p: w7 Z. ^. S4 ]2 m8 K•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.
