CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
- v; G) U8 L% w5 K1 {9 _7 e: z•        Manage all accounting transactions
4 J- N+ c4 v* ?/ Q/ M•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
7 S  f* Q) T$ k( O! F& V•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
* z) C1 I+ P' r  I1 D4 r, O•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

; a9 J  T0 D; s0 K3 G7 eAccountant Requirements:

( [7 `) i2 m! l( b- F6 Q& }6 Z•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
; r5 g3 d( ]4 U) N•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
5 M. \' i* U$ y•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- _' N. I- S2 H+ I/ X9 I•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

6 o& W* t# q6 A" JSalary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
