CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

8 t8 E" c/ I) ^* i$ n$ g' oResponsibilities:
•        Manage all accounting transactions
5 J+ J% n  j8 x5 [/ n8 K1 \) x•        Publish financial statements in time
•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
& v7 L9 ^/ \( v8 [9 Z7 p% }•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
; V) M* ]& C9 d. C•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
•        Comply with financial policies and regulations
•       Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:

•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
/ T' c! V) V2 F; p# i4 v8 j•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
$ `0 T4 J" h8 X1 \) d2 a/ Y•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
; Q- H4 a7 G) O/ w  m  K2 W9 ?2 ~•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
