CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:1 p( G7 H( U7 d$ t2 r+ l
• Manage all accounting transactions+ y( b2 p+ N% s: J2 [/ l/ O, ?5 z8 t% F
• Publish financial statements in time
: k& g0 h6 x+ ]• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
! _% f# }6 z; w; K• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
6 ^2 Q4 S& b1 [• Ensure timely bank payments
0 t; k" G0 ~* G. J3 q. d: i• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
! k# u& m! m: F- N9 O( [• Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
' s8 j9 ?5 f+ x/ I, ?9 U) K0 b• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
; L+ m3 O9 t8 B# H$ G• Comply with financial policies and regulations
$ r0 Z# v: o7 s! X/ V• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Accountant Requirements:
8 j8 k' Y5 e9 V. X6 @1 x! D7 G- a, i3 _' Y) L5 u
• bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
" W! D1 s: o3 @( {• Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential); ?& ~( `! _/ D: Q# @% Y
• 2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)3 L' Y$ d) ]3 h2 j, R( Q+ u/ b
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
; q8 P( z! p, y8 C% V4 n9 n• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
- Q+ l& \. ^7 C# C• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines., a& q7 t% f+ s
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.. G$ N* t- k5 N& D& o T
• Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.2 Y! h2 }) Y. z

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
