Rutherford Vs South Terwilleger

I have been both area lat weekend, most visitors (90%)are Chinese.
Price in Rutherford increase crazy. the Pacesetter Madison D model was 504K in early Feb, now asking 623K. I felt the price in S.T. more reasonable.

i have been 2 places about 4 hours, total 6 different builders. i saw 2 couple Indians and 2 couple whites but at least 10 couples Chinese(speak Maderian and Cantoness) and 2 crews(4-5).

Sterling Homes is one of the builders building single families in Rutherford.

* F( O  d2 T6 X2 M0 [. vThe name of the sales rep is Diane. She has a cabinet with files of buyers information. Each file has a tab with the buyer's name. If you look carefully, most of them are Chinese Pinyin.

I live in Terwillegar Town and my cousin lives in Rutherford.

( h. b1 p" @" q, @If you look at the map, Terwillegar Town is inside the A. Henday Drive while Rutherford is outside the A.Henday Drive. From my opinion, Terwillegar gives you a feeling of closer to the city.

Both Terwillegar and Rutherford have a very convenient access to A.Henday Drive but only Terwillegar has an easy access to Whitemud Drive.
