Job Responsibilities:

5 O# W/ c$ ~3 E0 N3 ]% \• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
6 G+ o, c8 ?9 f3 F8 F• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
$ l9 H: ]6 V0 u$ H, `0 S• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
0 p5 k9 O$ z. V" i/ f3 Y) Q• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
# E2 A3 ]* c9 M: c# \9 O+ p• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

• Proven strong sales and customer service
• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  q: y& ^3 P/ c! g• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
5 ~3 s( b* ^" n  L• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
) ?5 @3 m6 h- b) g• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
' R4 J( h8 W0 j6 Y% a • Strong time management. Strong attention to detail

! L7 ~. R8 r: p4 g) ~2 B8 R2 S+ \- T1 d• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
