Job Responsibilities:

• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
4 m  N% ]. p/ @2 z) L• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
7 t1 m( `& p9 M! S• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
7 t/ p2 [1 {3 o0 b8 b• Help with moving furniture in showroom and assemble the display.

• Proven strong sales and customer service
$ y' l! |2 p# j• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient at analyzing numbers.

0 y* j- L3 B6 X. ^) a• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
0 E0 {  m6 J# I6 b& S• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
  y3 K7 N/ [$ J6 X  ^3 r• Previous customer service experience
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
• A Post-secondary education is minimum requirement
