Job Responsibilities:

• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
8 O# W+ q& f# w3 V/ G; k8 m) w) @• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
0 [6 b- F' a9 `3 b9 P• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
. q& L/ }* U% L& n/ n1 s) _• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.

1 C" P% `1 g: f• Proven strong sales and customer service
8 q# h! {: l+ B& L4 q: o• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
( b5 i' w) Q. A0 r+ ]; z  N• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
$ h6 L5 J7 V2 `! ]• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
+ i8 L/ L( r; y5 G4 v7 @; v5 b; s1 d• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
, w8 A8 V% p, S5 {0 w• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
2 G6 B1 K$ X7 M% V% p6 X7 S• Previous customer service experience
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
