Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
. |2 M9 H0 O& l; W) N- Secondary school graduate
1 Z5 n" L* m/ A$ o0 f, K4 P! }- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
8 W, [! |( s% n- Team player and development minded.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
, m. l: c3 e8 @5 o: s- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
; R; f2 w4 h! t; }8 h- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
( o$ |& t  {' W, E+ Y9 K8 o- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
1 [: G0 g0 m- p; R4 v$ ^, `% ^- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
' H- Z- w" Y& i2 l7 q' B# W- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
