Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
-Completion of a post-secondary education
6 A! ?- K- r3 R* R-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
) u% {) v1 ?6 K2 e; [-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
' [: d# c! ]" l/ F( p/ n! f1 _-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
5 W" C! H1 y$ I3 n$ ?-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
6 G4 B3 n6 T7 X$ k-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
4 [4 `) M9 Z: Z5 }6 G% M-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
4 \; F3 e5 E0 _  ], l-Sales Experience is an asset
-Fluent in English and Cantonese
; U- m+ j% I! k' u- N1 x-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
