Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
) O2 a; }( X/ X$ ^, _: A1 E' ^  n0 y+ C-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
! _5 t1 k  _* W, ?-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
  ~% u$ p1 M0 M5 R, v, @* J2 ^; [-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
4 e3 T( p( T! @-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
; x  w" P0 l8 y" ?7 ^8 P. [-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
8 @" W( M* k$ \9 H: e-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
1 z5 x, y7 l0 c  P! o  Q-Sales Experience is an asset
; q6 s7 }: r: j+ p! {# I-Fluent in English and Cantonese
