-Completion of a post-secondary education
-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC
+ `3 u2 s8 m- C2 y) y- X' a( }# e-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)
0 _8 A+ x/ I. ^# S0 n) |8 G-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
, C7 j( {2 L& K* A1 ^-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
5 Q* S9 N# O/ X% O& ~-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
- f: y, V1 q) f$ s-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
$ D! z3 B5 q; v! K& B' z; q+ X-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
4 N* Z' [5 }* [2 f: Q( r1 h-Sales Experience is an asset
; F! x+ ?, T. H# t* K-Fluent in English and Cantonese
5 r' {5 C- j' ?: f: C; s-Second business language skills in French, and/or Mandarin are an asset
