r/ J* w' ~% e- e( pPLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms for water and wastewater treatment systems.+ o/ x9 B: k7 g& F
Configuration and testing of PLC data and IO networks.; Q! q: Q9 a- k* e6 b. Q
Read and process engineering documents, including P&IDs, process design guidelines, Electrical Schematics, Communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides.
. y- L X' E$ q5 A0 TCollaborate in cross-functional project team discussions and meetings, and proactively seek relevant details for programming deliverables./ r( c: _) u/ U$ m
Interpret and follow contract and customer specifications
7 @5 V; r- [3 L3 x; HContribute to the design of process controls strategies and documentation with operator and equipment safety in mind.
! M$ ^7 f7 d4 H- t( q* t7 X( o @4 ?Manage budget, scope and schedule and report risks and opportunities to project managers in timely manner.
1 W3 L) S; `: L' f* w. _Lead/coordinate/guide other automation programming resources for projects as needed
4 Q+ U; _* I6 l- n0 d# L& O SCommunicate in a formal, professional, and technical manner to various audiences
, _" H! w: ^. u+ FProvide timely support for field service teams during commissioning, trouble-shooting, and issue resolution

Execute projects for a wide variety of Water Treatment Technologies (including Ion Exchange, Immersed and Pressurized Ultra Filtration, Membrane Bioreactors, Reverse Osmosis, Electro Deionization, Electrodialysis Reversal, Thermal, Conventional)
4 i7 C) Z' a9 tParticipate in customer witnessed FAT, SAT and other related Control System checkouts as needed
4 r1 T& j; c) YWork with internal stakeholders to provide input up front in the project cycle including bids, design reviews and factory testing" d8 }, i5 A( g" g) w8 Y- ]
Lead internal initiatives aimed at improving the automation team and greater business and independently drive to closure
5 v) w# S& y) w3 Q& fOccasional domestic travel (~15%) for client meetings or customer site visits.

Qualifications/Requirements:

u# V2 W1 a0 u4 y9 H7 HBachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent from an accredited University or College
; X" C4 I8 X; D$ X0 [) x, w; TTwo to five years' experience developing Rockwell based PLC, HMI and SCADA programs for process control applications.$ B% d+ G3 C, R2 ^
Automation testing experience (simulation and/or field environment)

Proven ability to follow set of procedures and standards, and extrapolate new concepts from established standards, T( T; b& Z* F
Knowledge of and/or demonstrated ability to learn equipment and processes related to SUEZ WTS products and systems including but not limited to RO/ED, UF/MBR, Ion Exchange, Thermal and Conventional technologies

2 f7 b9 k" h; N b0 mStrong knowledge of water/wastewater process: Understand biological processes, disinfection, BOD, coagulation, etc.
$ C8 f V4 C+ d& ~Mechanical experience particularly with water treatment equipment (pumps, valves, instrumentation, relief valves, regulators, pneumatic systems, etc.)
3 }/ S) g( T) e1 T. g( W* bElectrical experience particularly with electrical panels and water treatment equipment
