This person will be able to work with a high degree of attention to detail and communicate clearly with clients to provide great customer service.

- Fluent written and spoken English
) d+ E4 `) ]* z- Self-management skills to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks with conflicting deadlines
: b; b* ^; T# u  |' M- good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
; Q) s) K0 V) m0 A) c$ S( ]; X6 o% \- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize work tasks

- Mandarin as a second language an asset
