6 h7 ^* L8 Y$ P- Q2 U- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong Excel skills is required.
- Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.
- Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)
- Overtime may be require during Oct – Dec busy season.
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English is required

- Check order Accuracy in time manner

- Order Checking according to guideline
- Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner
- Charge Credit Card to approve payment
5 Z, h. g9 x; F  p1 V$ C5 D- Send orders to warehouse to process
- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage
- Follow up and report about order status
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
7 G* f6 t0 ]/ E/ m# T- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently
8 B4 f3 m( I8 ?9 X) e- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.
; c( m& }* q! }* `- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal
  ~2 g, N& D2 F; q# w- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters
& l6 r, v9 b9 J! f% c; J- Point of contact with Factory in China
  o: Z9 G  Y  v6 w1 X6 v- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative
  e' r  E5 D& F# s6 _) x( I- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.
- EDI accounts related work and others as required

II.        Logistic:

  a$ P% E$ j' l: x5 u- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
- I; ?; P8 A, w8 q7 a- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
% h& b2 c6 h- F2 ~- O) @8 S) t- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
, e0 l$ \) j8 l- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
8 _6 a4 U6 ?$ E- y( \1 Q- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
1 W- I/ q$ V& c9 z+ {6 s& ~- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.
- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.
0 I% P+ W3 g7 E) }, W/ Q- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.
- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.

- Respond to customer & Internal team’s inquiries and ability to solve problems
- Be fully responsible. Inquiries need to be followed from A to Z on your own and in time manner
- Work out Sales or Inventory related Reports on Monthly Basis or others as required
- Work out Weekly Sales Report
- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts
- Update system with Shipping information at order level
- Assist Auditing’s request for Order Processing related procedures
- Customer Service and other duties as required.
