- Carefulness and Accuracy about data checking and data entry.
- Attendance is key factor

- Thinking and working logistically,  responsibly, independently, accurately and timely.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork request - Works well with others and independently. Work needs to be done in time manner.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong Excel skills is required.

# o" ~8 d  H& ^- Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

- Order Checking according to guideline
- Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner
- Charge Credit Card to approve payment
- Send orders to warehouse to process
* z$ B3 f! c+ m& Z1 |' {& n- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage
- Follow up and report about order status
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
5 g8 E0 U4 j! E' f3 W( o+ o6 H. N. q- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently
" [6 E! I! _* A, a- l* d  u5 x* |! w- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.
( Q1 T* i0 ?; O8 h- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal
- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters
4 c7 H/ R7 O! a. l) \( k- Point of contact with Factory in China
" {3 ^) E/ w6 W# ^' [# `9 D6 }3 @8 T- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly
- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.
- EDI accounts related work and others as required

- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
- x8 [+ D* I8 g- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures
- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
8 o) C/ Y, W0 z* q; O7 W- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
. s; r/ I. K7 N5 Z: p: v/ J2 v- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
; L. o+ D# K6 C; H0 }) H/ i% q- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.
+ X8 _& U8 A4 ]3 {- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.
( t+ G4 g+ N. [9 l2 L, J" A- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.
& ^6 p& n/ s( H7 y2 s' x* s2 f) \- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.
/ s, L+ R4 N6 L- N- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.
- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.

- Respond to customer & Internal team’s inquiries and ability to solve problems

3 y/ @9 {7 M* o( V& |7 n( I! l6 p3 p, U- Work out Sales or Inventory related Reports on Monthly Basis or others as required
- Work out Weekly Sales Report
+ E) M* }, h0 X8 n9 o( c- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts
4 k- q9 M% `6 ]0 h" O! T5 c3 k- Update system with Shipping information at order level
7 y: |8 m0 E1 o+ `- Assist Auditing’s request for Order Processing related procedures
- Customer Service and other duties as required.
