- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.

- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently; w3 v n* e$ h7 Z
- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.

- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters

- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
% e7 {6 u- i! c2 |& S- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with account representative' R4 |! A! |7 N
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z.

/ Y3 y9 O2 P( E' Y- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
1 M6 g; h% h* ^9 V" O- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures# B* e$ S# r f% H0 i' K% K
- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
4 m- c$ I {# q* a- O1 K- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
/ U6 i. ?1 z/ F: H8 n* ^. ]- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.+ L2 y, G& Q: s" R
- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.

- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers. |( Q* K, q H0 Y
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.5 U: }/ N3 n6 ?+ N9 ^" a* _
- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.) b q5 q" h- g e
- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.

- Work out Weekly Sales Report
