Your Key Responsibilities
1 W4 `5 I& l( S4 F2 U' L' W•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
. p  L, Q9 y4 e; |% O•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
& U3 E6 c( F; u) |: n9 H7 t& p•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
  z9 k. m# @2 m' z) ]* M7 e- x•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
0 K- t2 r1 B9 q•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Qualifications

5 T5 @2 b+ q$ j& T7 g- _- xYour Capabilities and Credentials
) Z) v, q& e" q% D/ }•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
& T* s1 ~. O2 f•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.

Education and Experience
' |% R2 z3 o* @0 OPost-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.
' L# H; f! |, u/ p9 x7 _0 e" c
( G! ~" B$ J  m) Y# w3 M! Z/ p9 m" |/ D2+ years network related experience.

Position will primarily work in an office setting. May require some field work.
