& U6 {+ Z6 S' [$ [% W•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.' c& P+ @3 ]2 G# J
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.+ a8 h/ z7 }8 e8 i
•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.+ O0 _5 i$ C7 Z$ S: }" c
•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents./ v Q8 o" F! D7 L/ |- G5 u/ n
•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
4 A+ S% I/ x# g, ^ o* g' t•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
% t- E2 ]+ I; d) n. ]- G•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN." [# Q$ [' r$ |* K( Y
•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.1 s- k- J) Q. v- _' x2 b Z2 w
•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
3 w C3 Q6 Z s•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
+ i; A. \1 {7 \# N3 Z8 W* Q- [•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines." h- O* @) r7 }0 R! \8 i

•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.

Education and Experience
7 x3 Y# C+ k, T' y" e7 c5 kPost-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.
