- n- W7 s0 O3 nAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:

$ ~5 i/ b6 `2 V1 r2 p- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved. 1 ^; E. ?( y, r3 f$ A
- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants. ' G8 f) y3 L8 `; ~
- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators.
. D! u' V2 j/ q o8 o- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures.
% {, s5 s. K# g6 N' m3 O* `- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence.
4 [/ a- y% Q7 r" N: z- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction).

% B p) ^3 V, T; J* I' c- Previous supervisory experience
( v" o8 g( x ^# C- Strong leadership skills
" \( K- l3 ~% u6 _- A minimum of grade 12 diploma
1 c; t# j+ Q3 M7 @: c/ o- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills
3 b l3 p, f; r* e- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations . R8 S, h( ~4 L& i) z( Z
- A good working knowledge of OH & S regulations and thorough understanding of Loss Management techniques.
