9 L2 Q" ]" h. E' g3 J3 JAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:

! {+ j# L' a1 }( i* ]- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved.
# B1 w; r9 F4 J0 w2 J- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants.
( C& a7 A$ ^% d9 `" `9 y- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators. # ?0 C0 P* n& z3 L
- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures.
; v, w+ V+ D' H# R8 P: p9 B- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence.
: e- T1 P: o: T- K* R0 `& b+ N- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction).

Experience and Education Requirements

- Previous supervisory experience
8 f4 O2 F* i. Y, Q ?5 Z1 V+ W- Strong leadership skills . b2 I) q9 f$ ^4 Z% P7 z
- A minimum of grade 12 diploma 5 Q A1 g$ A9 `- Q4 B
- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills / ]4 i: m$ o" Y5 ~/ `
- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations ( y# [" p5 F- u- b8 A. Y- ]
- A good working knowledge of OH & S regulations and thorough understanding of Loss Management techniques.: |, Z0 S% F1 x3 l; v7 G
