& ^: I& w% b, N$ u) d- kAs a Shift Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the Reclamation and Pond Operations facilities on a shift basis. Other job duties include:

- Supervising Shift personnel to ensure reclamation operating targets are achieved.
`* `5 f( }) g1 b- J F- Developing and implementing programs focused on the optimization and continuous improvement of the operating plants. 3 `8 b8 C* N' i
- Ensuring effective on-shift training and progression qualification for operators. n r* l) E1 X9 `
- Developing and revising applicable standards and procedures. p/ ?0 W0 m3 u" p4 H) Z( v6 b
- Ensuring a structured approach to managing safety performance and environmental diligence.
% Q/ f; Z G. Y: E9 {; y0 L3 G- Ensuring effective communications within the Reclamation Operating Group as well as with other departments, and with other operating groups (Extraction).

Experience and Education Requirements

4 G) ^4 H5 r' L. b- Previous supervisory experience $ `" D- M3 w: B' h
- Strong leadership skills
9 X+ g- d4 `- S5 g- A minimum of grade 12 diploma 9 r, r6 R$ R' K( e+ ~- K/ N5 f) I; E- X
- High motivation with good interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills
" t, d$ Q" g8 K8 \. ?+ m0 x- Several years experience related to large materials processing plant or dredging operations & G$ i: U! U8 u, n2 A% r+ M" W
- A good working knowledge of OH & S regulations and thorough understanding of Loss Management techniques.
