Job Duties:

" g8 N  A* ]7 M( h+ o% p$ d& P- Ability to train staff on customer service matters, stocking up products and sales
4 G. B- S0 O9 L7 \" a( p
- Organize and distribute staff schedules
8 S! w' G3 w% {. j, r! B9 K9 x1 h
- Preparing daily sales deposits, setting up cashier tills, etc..

- Opening and closing procedures

- Load and unload merchandise for sales floor distribution

- Set up floor and window displays

- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

- Perform all duties assigned by Store Manager

Requirements:

  @) o$ @; ~+ ?  K- Willingness to learn, self-motivation, good communication and interpersonal abilities, computer literacy, and teamwork

- Must be able to multi-task

- Prior experience is a plus+

/ @7 z! }3 t; i# C, C( ^, b- Able to read Japanese is a plus
