3. Fluent English Speaking/communication and Writing

5. Proficient in Microsoft and Excel, especially for Excel, should be able to run/edit as per requests.

$ J, m* y4 \& m9 D5 Y6. Organizational and multi-task skills. Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.

7. Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

3. Order Checking according to guideline

4. Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner

1 S2 `' p4 B6 `& @5. Send orders to warehouse

6. Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request

7. Follow up and report about order status

8. Inventory Arrangement

$ a3 A2 @2 m- x$ L  c. W9. Respond to customer inquiries and ability to solve problems

10. Be fully responsible. Inquiries need to be followed from A to Z on your own.

11. High requirement about Excel, needs to assist to run and edit Excel report in efficient manner
