Full Time Position: Order Processing & Logistic & Inventory Control

Requirements:

1. Carefulness and Accuracy about data checking and data entry.

2. Thinking and working logistically and responsibly.

% v- O6 {# g2 Q# c3. Fluent English Speaking/communication and Writing

4. Teamwork request - Works well with others and independently. Work needs to be done in time manner.

% h+ [# f* j) v3 \$ J: \5. Proficient in Microsoft and Excel, especially for Excel, should be able to run/edit as per requests.

1 X  v9 d4 `) ]* K: R) `6. Organizational and multi-task skills. Could handle high pressure work and cold calls.

7. Working Hour request: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with 1 hour break in between (Monday to Friday except statutory holiday)

& u* j3 ]0 s; k; J4 W8. Overtime may be require during Oct – Dec busy season.

Job Duties:

2. Order Acknowledge by email

3. Order Checking according to guideline

4. Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner

5. Send orders to warehouse

+ D4 n( y, V* @7 H5 Z6. Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request

8 C; T" n. P: x7. Follow up and report about order status

9. Respond to customer inquiries and ability to solve problems

10. Be fully responsible. Inquiries need to be followed from A to Z on your own.
