12 (2)  An employer may deduct from the earnings of an employee a sum of money that is

雇主可以这么解释:

结论就是，在Employment Standard里面，只要员工authorized in writing，雇主可以扣掉或者暂时hold住，你们读也不读就想当然告诉别人错误的信息。
