在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.5 z+ W: H4 m+ R1 B

Honey Bread

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR: W! R7 }, X8 v; P" @
2 packages yeast! e$ X2 N4 k- ^& a8 n
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
9 `/ H: g# @" a0 q" z5 J' K1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup water# ^; E; {; n: O& z
1/3 cup shortening

2 eggs
& L2 l; q: b6 ^) b$ I, @! K1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

6 c1 N8 L2 E) k" [$ kIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and! _8 n N! \; ?) W- f
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
# t) C! F- U3 @# b1 m; s6 k, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;

Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed/ E$ U' ?( j1 j( J2 f3 Y% I
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually

until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
