在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.! ]9 q+ D' n4 k" A) t

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR- n- g( S/ u* N6 \8 ^/ {4 \8 U2 I6 ?; n
2 packages yeast
- r1 ?7 H( `/ ^5 x6 z. L9 Q, t1/3 cup nonfat dry milk* i0 }' `8 P% ^: W
1 teaspoon salt W. [$ a0 X9 N& o, u; d' d
1/2 cup pineapple juice5 ?) @- } @# ~4 J8 D r3 W
1/2 cup water

1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice8 V3 D l, v0 B* P7 c& y) h- i0 b
, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;) |7 U5 T+ x+ o) V8 E7 M8 ]! F4 {
shortening does not need to melt.)

# b% D! S I5 `1 O' @4 a4 u2 z. Juntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually * ^0 }, b$ x( ~

in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured

until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,

4 X# O F9 N" ?) V7 BPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
