适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.) m' a7 R- ^3 H" m! i2 b

Honey Bread
1 E$ N, ~" D' |5 ~4 G: b% F, @8 K2 Z5 b% d; o6 b* |# z$ x
4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR* ]2 r1 ?" A" d9 C4 c' n) E
2 packages yeast+ N; R/ i7 O) x
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
7 N0 a3 q3 f9 i4 s$ ~4 O1 teaspoon salt5 g+ w- \( a9 r0 a- \7 f& v. L
1/2 cup pineapple juice4 ]9 e/ y) [* j; _
1/2 cup water1 J6 @# [- r2 z9 y) `8 q5 z9 M; e
1/3 cup shortening
4 }% ]" {" o$ b5 `9 k1/4 cup honey8 g8 l7 b: R9 q( F7 d6 ^7 ~
2 eggs* t# Z5 B  y8 N) e4 ?- `. L2 x7 o" n
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired! h( Y7 Q7 f+ C) u& u$ H( A5 d( d

  p% F4 e2 r' v: ZIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and, U) k, u& ]4 ~6 J
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
4 R5 g! O4 D# q  X! q- K2 Z, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;% m1 ~7 B/ L3 G: \0 |0 x( U
shortening does not need to melt.)
' A) h8 k1 e! IAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
0 @2 I8 y! A+ f" X; zuntil moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually 7 r+ X. |' p( G8 ?% ]4 l% f
stir( Y0 w& G2 f  M: P4 W6 J) a
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured 6 p0 U/ Z4 @* V7 H6 f& f; m
surface
4 P1 F0 \: x8 k; r" Yuntil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
8 g2 V; W9 D; {6 j# \turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes% A' U( e& N6 q5 _$ e1 m
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).6 C) P' o- N" t3 ^- M

& z. P9 q. {2 |2 p) g- a) y8 b) kPunch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.
0 ?5 T3 l" Z" v: r) o: q/ \3 x$ E( jPlace in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place
) P: I" ^7 [0 }- ~+ c! W15/ w% N/ N* L4 s% t1 }3 \& a
to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
; a2 `8 Y+ n( Y6 wbeaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree
% a( k1 f3 x9 h% z+ _: z1 Cfor5 S" g2 m+ b5 ]4 r" W8 G+ K
35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
