适合我们中国人口味的面包

在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

1 t' n3 x# F' Z/ C$ B$ c4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
: [2 [. Y; X5 r. V: d4 z; t% F2 D2 packages yeast
& U6 F1 u( N# ^# D1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
. }3 H% V% c7 ?2 z. D1 teaspoon salt
# ?" A3 ^" \8 }2 I) ~  Y  _' G* _4 X1/2 cup pineapple juice" N8 P. `" p9 P" C
1/2 cup water
" E, g$ Q" T2 w, O9 ~: a3 V& S1/3 cup shortening
9 {" b: b$ n6 K% z9 N1/4 cup honey
8 v' h" |% }" J2 eggs( [7 o" t) W9 J7 D+ x
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired
7 h( @- W; C& @8 T% o; k/ U# d1 N# J) ~. @& ?
In a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and1 }+ k& d: I9 n6 \' h
salt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
  ~9 G% r3 g6 ~! @/ W* i( C, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;. o& a/ D- s8 E- W9 v
shortening does not need to melt.)
9 Z; J- t9 e* d+ LAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed! ]4 L- x: m; W8 x  b
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually ; f, R" ?7 L/ \3 H" R! ^3 w
stir
) M- \4 E) D1 Q( g+ yin enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
3 s, g, Q2 y" }) x$ psurface
8 V3 ~8 V3 J" u' V4 B- X. u1 Quntil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,/ a/ T& v' Q6 k" Q7 ~
turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes& ~2 f9 g( m- D% K; E# P3 u/ ~
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast)./ V0 M1 P% m# h) o2 z5 e) q1 u

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.7 {1 {0 Y1 u( G  h, O
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place 5 p" m% l8 |; P9 q
15# ~; x% r: S; q* L7 m5 w% t
to 20 minutes (30 minutes for active dry yeast). combine one slightly
4 H9 d# _9 \1 S! Tbeaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree

9 E5 C. J* O' [: S2 ^( N3 H' T35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool.
