Honey Bread

4 + 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR

1/3 cup nonfat dry milk9 T3 S3 I" C8 K+ w" {
1 teaspoon salt/ d' g$ q6 C* u: ]1 C) J+ S
1/2 cup pineapple juice
8 c# \( a, j: b' z& v0 [( m1/2 cup water+ q' |# w& G4 _# r; Y# V X
1/3 cup shortening

2 eggs

Q) `% O% R r1 o% `* E! AIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and

Add to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed
~/ V" S9 j6 H* }until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually

in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured

turning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes

Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place e: I2 B0 O- E5 R& i' s
