在这里学会了做很多吃食, 现在向大家介绍一种面包, 很适合我们(至少我和家人)的口味, 也很容易做. 有时我会加一点全麦粉来替换白面, 再加一些燕麦, 更有营养. 可以手工做或用面包机. 如用面包机, 量一定要掌握好.也可以做成一个一个的小圆面包.

1/3 cup nonfat dry milk# F e2 m; x7 H& a2 c/ R% [
1 teaspoon salt6 f h6 y) O9 ^/ C0 N" `* I
1/2 cup pineapple juice
5 W/ G' a7 m3 e+ p- M; U/ P1/2 cup water
7 `- ^$ m* [$ M1/3 cup shortening
1 S3 B& N3 z# {1/4 cup honey$ L% S4 C- ]$ A2 S! x+ f
2 eggs# k5 R3 E! q# c) a/ v; |" ~/ q
1 drop yellow food coloring, if desired

) F0 v5 \ m0 [$ u) VIn a large mixer bowl, combine 2 + 1/4 cups flour, yeast, dry milk and
k/ N$ H, S1 a& Z9 p3 ssalt; mix well. Heat pineapple juice
; F/ T' `% [+ T9 N2 k2 ^* S, 1/2 cup water, shortening and honey until very warm (120 degree) ;& N+ `# ]! c- N d. `, b4 a
shortening does not need to melt.)
7 G) \4 g. D9 @1 X$ I' tAdd to flour mixture, add 2 eggs and food coloring. Blend at low speed) U- x9 X7 W( t
until moistened, beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, gradually ( t3 n7 G* K: \, O. k+ Q3 V
stir/ {( @$ t" h; X7 w% @4 U
in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured
+ o3 [& ^7 z* |; p# h' u6 Xsurface
( O) I: Y5 B# x8 ountil smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl,
# _7 v" P5 V- A8 w0 V# Mturning to grease top. Cover ; let rise in warm place 15 to 20 minutes3 O$ Q9 \$ J! `
(30 minutes for active Dry Yeast).

Punch down dough. On lightly floured surface, shape into a round loaf.3 J6 B. H( o, @: f: v* |' W
Place in greased 9 to 10-inch pie pan. Cover; let rise in warm place ( Q7 V) W/ I; `2 q0 L5 A

beaten egg and 1 tablespoon water; brush loaf. Bake at 375 degree 4 \9 ~9 P0 Z$ I* n# x

35 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan; cool. |
