) _5 k! ~' v9 e, t  u1 V+ Q
2. Receive and respond courteously to customer inquiries by emails and calls

+ v1 f* h3 `# U3. Perform sales invoice data entry into  SPS  Commerce, MS  Excel and MS Access

4. Generate reports to production team and sale manager

5. Order office suppliers

6. Other duties will be assigned

1. Willing to learn and highly attention to details
2. Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin
3. Good organizational skills
