In accordance with the Edmonton Chinatown Care Centre’s mission vision and values, the Chief Executive officer will lead the organization focusing on the following objectives:

Lead the organization towards the excellence in resident care and quality of life for Seniors
; N" [! l* R! S' n: P; `# OAdhere to the highest standards of organizational management and fiscal responsibility Build networks, alliances and partnerships
: y! |# T. m& Z, XAchieve and maintain accreditation standards
Engage and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
Be accountable for decision and actions
Mitigate risk to the organization.
Education:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, or a combination of management, health and/or public administration courses and related experience is required.
• A Master’s degree is preferred in a related discipline

7 Z9 A- A& t8 V( J/ {) Z
Demonstrated involvement with Board’s of Directors.
8 Z( ~7 _2 c, y* Q6 LPublic speaking and crisp writing skills are essential.
3 C6 S# |# G1 R* }1 L6 G' NSenior’s housing, long-term care, supportive living and homecare in a position of leadership.
Professional:

( l2 V, v( c. h; y4 l# ?/ x5 UCurrent or past Member of a professional organization (regionally, nationally or international).

Current or past Member of a Community Provincial, National or International organization.
) [2 l8 g; o0 `7 cMaintains current membership within statutory bodies and organizations in or outside the
/ D% ~* C9 }' C$ `- f$ H& KCenter objectives.

Security Clearance :
