RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:" k4 `! l% @ J
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
( U% D. r7 x3 ^4 _ o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
u h% A( |: F0 x! R% n o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003% ] G% z+ d, r! [4 Z7 p
o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
) g$ `4 [' @, R1 [ o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003* T& n. K% `- F$ C: b& u$ O$ N
o Microsoft Operations Manager
: d: [5 A5 A' L+ `. Z3 B& M+ ? o VMWare Virtual Server solutions& D) ?3 J& Z. y w' c
o Linux based operating systems, B8 L. j o" _2 |4 t8 D5 l
o Sun Solaris operating systems
3 m- Q8 h' b6 @# P9 ?* E o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience8 V& S* @" |) G T
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.8 |9 z! V# [: f9 w$ F8 e
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
7 Z ]( F/ ^# M3 R# m: D1 r• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows1 G) \* ?# E1 O7 }
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
4 H0 c+ u# p& G; q% @( W* q& iSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.. k4 V: z o! ~- F1 v4 c
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience

• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
T$ ?1 w" r+ h' E; t( ^• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005/ V; {- X) w7 t0 S7 I! t
• Have 4+ years of network design experience

• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory( X u6 s* U9 A; _
