RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
" ]  ?" p  y8 r• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
* Q4 r  C5 v$ K9 Z0 L, P   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
% t4 |% [; N* ]' u0 u   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
% t% w/ y+ |, p7 t+ ^# u- @; l  v   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
; |9 ?# j1 X8 L0 T7 F* |  ?; j   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
& n: c( v# J$ N; D3 K; g   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
/ G% p8 [. v7 Y  v( ]• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
% f. b/ }) ], b* O  w7 c• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
  M% m6 Y5 _- L0 d! L$ w• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
8 o0 p6 T8 V7 N! eSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
% V& w* W7 V$ H1 T4 b# n1 Q• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills

• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
, v- e- o4 y4 z2 k• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy

( b( c0 [' E8 @   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)

# Q1 S. m* |) c• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.

• Have led medium to large sized projects
