o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
% Y) V b* `( J& _# l* _" ^ o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
@1 @+ C& J0 _" S+ a8 f9 K o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 20005 W ^% O( p% Q6 v" M0 ?- u
o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003) z! ?+ N) t w* P
o Microsoft Operations Manager) v8 G1 c- H. i2 m
o VMWare Virtual Server solutions# F& {# A' i: y& N. e* W* S
o Linux based operating systems

o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
" Z& ?2 n0 a" u" T5 Q3 a, J• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.3 \9 x! k! ^4 j2 N/ d: a: Q( j
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
7 J$ A! K8 E- m& D$ ^; P0 n7 j Z• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows+ c8 ]7 n% C. p7 S, `
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
# n9 h* p7 A: ~4 @- |SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
! C; D+ I$ ^% a3 Y• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

• Certification should include some or all of the following:

• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge/ C J" [8 H0 @9 h6 r
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work! H/ a/ o4 F* h9 J3 h( Q8 e5 _8 f7 E
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory./ p2 ]$ p3 a; h9 t
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005/ C; o3 W' _$ i- x k( v- y
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
3 r, B x. M9 H/ E! g2 k. A, M• Have led medium to large sized projects
8 z8 F, ]- [! U/ Q• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
