RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:. O K5 c, O, g# K; S
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
! g9 \, f9 @' F' n/ ^" ? o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 20033 g# Q# K$ l( `" U! p2 n: T" D% F
o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003( _4 Z! V, l) _ I, p
o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000( A3 R5 f9 p, `$ f2 l+ W9 I B
o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
3 C4 \+ G8 e" Q0 }( }' w o Microsoft Operations Manager
2 ~2 k* H0 }" k o VMWare Virtual Server solutions1 _$ e/ x. `2 n s$ x) A' G
o Linux based operating systems7 s' Z2 c2 g8 H* J! ?6 S X4 o5 V* A5 _
o Sun Solaris operating systems& x _7 E" x8 ] R# a* Y2 k8 r
o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience' @6 h0 Q: H2 a
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.$ E2 B/ F. m" m. Z$ O8 e' _ H! U1 v
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
7 Q7 r* p. ]& V% @• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
/ W1 o2 }; ^! P& ]( P. }# ], fplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
( M+ I- y% ?, b$ zSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge

• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
- B' L) @# e& i* r• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005! ?* y7 w, ^8 k( L0 G& d6 G
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
