SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

' Q. G, V, A1 D# s6 Q, \9 h9 [• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
% Y) V  b* `( J& _# l* _" ^   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
  @1 @+ C& J0 _" S+ a8 f9 K   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
7 F. C3 q6 m* C6 m" Y0 W; I   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
" Z& ?2 n0 a" u" T5 Q3 a, J• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
7 J$ A! K8 E- m& D$ ^; P0 n7 j  Z• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
# n9 h* p7 A: ~4 @- |SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
! C; D+ I$ ^% a3 Y• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
, c, e1 K5 K% u8 A  o6 B4 g; Z• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
! `5 N: a6 _& R) R, b( l' `• Excellent written and verbal skills
  @! Y1 \0 k) t& z6 d0 e2 `+ I• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
# j# N# F8 \; P3 w. O   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
8 n0 n1 n$ G# S5 p. S   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
# i$ a, U5 s$ W/ d; R) V   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
1 G0 b1 q/ R% G' B   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
0 V* w' P: F, l  t; B/ ~' m   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
3 N3 H$ Q. b: u3 u5 C   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
1 k4 {' v6 a7 a• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
1 c; ?5 y3 W* ]% j2 t% N• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
