5 T' c9 H# R$ x• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:% x( [% |# Z7 `2 p! G u" v* S
o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 20038 K r: c" M% L% D8 |; w- G9 N$ k
o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003/ u; k- z0 Y8 d' q+ v
o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000- ~3 P7 m, c% e6 O) D3 ]
o Microsoft SMS 2, 20032 V: i: D" }% Z; K5 D% y4 T3 f+ t- ^
o Microsoft Operations Manager, {8 x5 f" z) o! D4 S; q
o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
# B5 N6 i9 g1 H, k* h- f2 D o Linux based operating systems
|8 C) ?) J0 k/ D1 G' F T8 N! ~, k o Sun Solaris operating systems! P0 k9 k+ O1 J; X" [- z
o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
8 u, r3 n: m$ N b• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
5 ?; t& I+ C" R• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
5 @2 m N% q8 Q* c: f• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows

• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:$ K4 q: B8 h/ K6 M3 E( j7 f
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience- l8 S' J! g0 P" i# s9 l3 m: `) l
• Excellent written and verbal skills

• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
. L3 a' J; _/ u+ n" A& X/ T• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work* F' a6 ~" E( X! `& m' e' o
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
2 c k2 ~# |& R• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005

• Have led medium to large sized projects# N, q) q* l3 U, R# K
• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory6 ^) E* U# L- |" N* p
