LOCATION: EDMONTON, ALBERTA, CANADA

2 l3 k; v$ x% U4 WSALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
! g9 \, f9 @' F' n/ ^" ?   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
3 C4 \+ G8 e" Q0 }( }' w   o Microsoft Operations Manager
2 ~2 k* H0 }" k   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
7 Q7 r* p. ]& V% @• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
/ W1 o2 }; ^! P& ]( P. }# ], fplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
( M+ I- y% ?, b$ zSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

% @7 f  h* z! d: P& p% W9 W• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy

   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)

   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus

• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
# B: f2 ~$ A3 Q! o5 ^• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
- B' L) @# e& i* r• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
