What Kinds of Interests in Land Are Restricted?
The Regulations prohibit a foreign-controlled corporation or ineligible person from acquiring, directly or indirectly, an interest in controlled land which consists of more than two parcels, containing more than 20 acres in total.

有大量的市内土地可以买。几百英亩都有。

加拿大已经从发达国际中地价最低的国家，一跃变成地价最高的国家，使得各种建设都增加了成本。加拿大政府很欢迎有人来买单，把头疼病转给别人。

有道理，yellownife确实是天堂。大批移民，即使新移民都挣最低工资也会增加GDP，天堂就是这样产生的。这个天堂需要不断把人吸进来。吸人进来的目的不是干半年活吃整年饭，是干半年活，不干没饭吃，如果政策有偏差，调整政策是很容易的。天堂可以选择现在不吃饭还是老了不吃饭。
