骗中国人移民的钱， 能花得开心， 是不易。 如原文所讲一个退休的老太将20万投入了， 这也许是她几十年的积蓄了。 一个工薪阶层， 特别是不是技术与管理层次的， 一年就几万块， 除了还房贷、吃喝拉撒， 一年是存不了多少钱。

那个老太的20万可能有一部分是借的 ---她要卖房子还从LINE OF CREDITS借的钱。
