打算开车去温哥华, 现在路上情况怎么样?

打算全家开车去温哥华,请问大家路上情况怎么样,都有什么要注意的,求推荐路线. 非常感谢.

Shortest route is via Japser. HWY 5 was not in good condition but still OK. The worst part had about 5 accidents within 10KM because the road is very slippery. I would recommend you leave around 6A.M and you should arrive vancouver around 11P.M(there is an extra hour during the time zone change.) I drive there back and forth during Christmas.  If this is only for travel,  I would recommend use the route via Banff and stay over night at Radium hot Spring.
