The building is just 3 mins walk to Clareview bus and LRT station. Its a master bedroom with own bathroom in a 2 bedroom apartment. Sharing kitchen and living room. Insuit laundry room. And there is a gym room inside the building.

Rent will be $600 per month plus sharing power and internet bills. Deposit will be the same amount as rent which is $600.

I'm looking for a clean， quiet，and repectful female roommate willing to stay at least 6 months，no party ，drugs，and non-smoke. Also，you must be like cat since I have one ：）

The room will be avilable in the middle of feb.
