主要工作职责：

Job Duties
* L! a4 u. V- N/ y' q$ f7 R
) Z% c5 Y. g6 {& K8 C-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
$ f5 d& S2 P3 f1 B& F' r  A-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
# d' W+ p) e$ a2 C) ]  S1 I-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
, D4 S' u! s0 p/ }9 |-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
