主要工作职责：

-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
/ a# C( K  g" n' e. Z4 V% D-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
! w, E0 W% l8 S/ I: r4 a% y9 @& L-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
