“埃德蒙顿房产市场依然保持稳定，本月大多数房屋类型的销售均价有所上升，其中一部分原因是有几个高价房子卖出了。” 埃德蒙顿房地产经纪人协会主席Steve Sedgwick说。“所有住宅的平均售价仅比去年下降了1%，但独立屋的均价下降了2%，而公寓降幅超过8%。”
