Connie, I believe you are the best, but this is an actual transcript format of North America. I actually have one. I don't think it is called "POST GRADUAT" which refer to schools for doctor's degree.

Sorry to bring it up but some inaccurate translation will lose the guy some credits. However it appears he may not need this for further education, it may not matter much.
