Yong Qiang Chartered Accountant is a small public practice accounting firm that serves the clients in Edmonton and surrounding areas. We provide accounting, tax, and other services for small sized businesses.

After 5 years’ development, we are expanding our operation with the acquisition of new office location. We are a firm that provide flexibility and work-life balance. We are a paperless office and believe a technology lead to high quality and outstanding service for our clients.
/ y& o5 d) X& W2 ^We are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following:
4 g7 r6 d9 B8 T9 E7 q•        Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.)
9 H4 ^0 y/ q2 J) K# B2 k. {( M•        Prepare CaseWare working paper files,
$ I4 M2 A3 v5 s6 _1 B•        Prepare financial statements
( ^- n+ w* }0 G: K•        Prepare corporate tax returns
•        File GST returns
•        Process payroll
•        File T4/T5 returns
•        Prepare personal tax returns
•        Communication with our clients and government agencies

The position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel.

我不是找工作的，自己有想过读书读这个专业，只是想了解一下这行。

/ g9 a1 L  a; G不要读这个专业，除非你有背景或者以后会接手/经营自己的business

$ U" c* N: |# Y% l" q7 a3 J# b1 K% Z7 g这个专业的新手一捞一大把，供大大高于求，但是这个专业到了中级就比较容易了，缺点是薪水太低，一直到了高级或者是designated就不同了，供小于求，在招工的网站，大部分要求designation的工作都要放好久才被拿下来，这个门槛卡住好多好多人。。。。
