Job Description:

Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities

7 ]6 @4 ~3 F& @, a1 \Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
* V! }  ~1 z- v8 O3 V5 B3 gSupervise kitchen staff’s activities
9 U$ d8 b! f4 Y# Z; HArrange for equipment purchases and repairs
1 f1 k! @& P! j. a. z4 tRecruit and manage kitchen staff
3 s+ H' f, {; G/ @! [Rectify arising problems or complaints
Give prepared plates the “final touch”
1 Y$ S, t# U1 y* VPerform administrative duties
7 p. T- l+ o+ SComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Proven working experience as a head chef
Excellent record of kitchen management
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Capable of delegating multiple tasks
Communication and leadership skills

8 H% [* R1 p, U% O' OWorking knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
