埃德蒙顿住宅市场价格持续稳定

埃德蒙顿8月3日报道：所有住宅的平均售价为$384,504持续保持强劲，比上一个月上升了2%，比去年上升了3%。独立屋平均价格为$450,366比上一个月和去年都上升了3%。公寓因为六月份一些豪华户型的销售，七月份的平均价格回落到$257,482，比上一个月下降了2%，与去年持平。双拼/联排的平均价格为$348,050，比去年下降了2%，比上一个月下降1%。0 t( S; f4 F; _, b4 ~' |' a
5 a% r3 J% t4 F7 L G* s3 W- b“我们可以将平均价格的增长归因于高端房屋的买卖，通过住宅的中间价，我们可以看清价格变化的缘由。所有住宅的中间价比去年下降了不到1%， 尽管趋势较慢，但我们仍然能够看到埃德蒙顿市场平稳而又强劲的价格走势。”
