CTV天气预报专家Ozero说：２００７年有个温暖的开始，但很快从北冰洋吹过来的寒流，将在本周三带来１８年以来最大的暴风雪，将会是对严冬的一个考验。周三的北冰洋寒流，将会使气温下降，并带来１４CM的降雪和强风，风冷系数将达到零下４０度。
