• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.% a* R9 W( [% w2 o, i* M

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
+ W N1 r2 K: ?, E l9 s• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.3 _+ Q* N( x! p
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
! T/ |& l4 q. p• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
' q$ L/ N4 ` e& `, O• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed. |: | r8 \' D" f" K( G7 e, _
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.

• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).3 {' V9 z4 \. \+ |
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.+ r4 ~" }& P* ~' ~2 k
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

4 X, h4 s2 L1 H. u• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
; M/ h% U: E8 i, j% a/ U& l• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred! P# i+ W" s | U
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)! A6 h5 g! T B
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills8 m. W# z, C/ A/ q5 S
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
, r" H$ ?- y$ H; D- {+ L• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
