Key Responsibilities:
6 }+ ?9 t& R1 u5 o. p• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.9 l0 X5 x0 I2 E7 T/ Q
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.& q6 ^$ ^) [# r- E3 r
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.5 G/ X: Z. V! w0 Z. v5 E
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
k0 I6 j0 O: R; }, ^• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.( ~2 w' }1 I5 p# E
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.' ~8 i& O" F \7 {0 M1 n/ F1 b
• Perform route inspections as required.
7 {3 }! ]8 D& s4 K0 U5 `- p# g• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
* I) T4 J8 W/ g2 O- H• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
8 s3 N6 [- o; U* j% _. O4 c• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

% b# @! g. k4 v) L( k( E( JRequired Skills & Abilities:4 q, W }4 M+ {+ A+ V- u
• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset% U8 O6 v' }/ Y9 o+ s
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred# A# ~$ l4 S" o8 R6 G/ s, M
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)6 v1 G1 r+ X' D
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
! J5 l8 Q1 c, e# S• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
: V+ G% Y$ \" @' [• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license& U2 T E/ z0 s; d: x, ?# c/ F
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills
