• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

( ]0 K5 R @. C' ?( H* P( N+ K• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.0 v( V2 S. i& M7 ]2 H/ Y
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
7 R U# c& ~% ?+ W) G• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.: |3 G2 y5 B/ L9 q0 y; |
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.& G3 X3 n' F: T2 K! Q; {" G5 I
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
; R: Q t i3 T4 n. y• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.

• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
* R$ m* ]; r, C1 `5 k• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
" P! n: S- ^" f K2 G5 R5 r• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.! F' w& R8 h4 j0 K% [ g
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
2 @8 K8 Y- g7 e( J0 v2 A2 v• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)! ^/ Q" x n2 e. t
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills: Y4 t6 U( r- S: |, i
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal" N2 f# e& F: m% I" h
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required
