Key Responsibilities:
. L4 o& x* A$ F: i$ C8 d( _• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
* q' M$ _; k; x8 \2 m• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.- W! D( g# v6 n) v$ h7 G Q8 v3 Y
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
# U2 P+ }/ _! P* [/ @& _• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.8 W; x6 _" d. X8 U4 a# t, q
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
- t! h. l) V+ f& D7 s m. C: k• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.

! m; S7 F1 P* [ `2 M; i• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).2 d' q8 |0 A& [ t2 A$ d
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.; t2 x0 E9 n S4 p2 j
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.( M! y/ z- J2 D |6 t
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred/ W5 t9 ?+ }6 f/ e
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)1 b5 ?) w$ ~" G5 H* W9 Z
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills: [; f) z5 I9 | D3 A: W6 N4 Z
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal) o1 Z4 T4 H$ e+ g5 E3 i W
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
