Key Responsibilities:
' c0 Q: O0 d) K+ r7 |• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

5 J1 _" T8 M& L& [9 W# U% p" V. ?• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.* w, J% f; H/ f+ c0 O% y
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.$ o. ~0 p- ?5 K4 h0 X& s6 C# q
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
; n5 `* C3 @' `% |3 _2 Q! \/ ~• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
) u- V( L7 M. A- R( d• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.9 E8 X" w( |: h6 S- l0 F2 J! q6 S
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
4 E3 [" O0 r h: J2 p f• Perform route inspections as required.
. t$ B& ], ]2 W3 H, @/ g% K• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).3 Z* ?8 t3 p/ }$ E( _
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.; b# G+ y& ? V* A8 s& F0 e9 R
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.
* {0 H" O# x2 ?5 y, f8 }• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community., j% e2 Y2 ?9 e6 r$ W0 k

Required Skills & Abilities:' }# k6 A# f) M: @) Z
• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
7 Y4 U. R4 D% m/ {0 j• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
. O) S- p3 b$ p, a2 Z/ C• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)1 _' r! q- Y5 x, k7 Z
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills+ E/ a5 \: l$ S& y& u2 g% A+ w
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal! L, l: J) o+ O3 d5 A2 K1 y
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- J2 }/ l5 @, G3 D4 b/ j- g• Proven customer service and resident relation skills
# @0 c3 \$ N& s# P• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required
