Job Summary:
1 A, \* M/ c0 o/ T9 o! @: |5 TProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.8 n9 E J6 A- H3 j+ ], j4 C$ g2 m, s

2 O+ f# g( g& N; S5 e: U# W5 ^% e fEssential Duties and Responsibilities:" H0 u% W1 m, n2 j6 u
· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.

· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.& \# `/ ]! T7 J0 S" \: Y

· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.

9 ^- D1 i% k# F$ d2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.4 ?! k% X# b% m; D% P: x% d
% W0 h9 O3 g( ~5 pCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.( a8 ~9 Q1 ]1 R

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
