, v( q% ~, M, ^+ A* M R& |% n" i. n4月份大爱城区共有1498套房产被售出，比上一个月增加了近10%，但比去年降低了6%，其中有938套为独立屋，比上一个月增加了9%，比去年减少了6%。396套公寓被售出，比上一个月增加了18%，比去年降低了8%。双拼/联排屋有148套被售出，比上一个月增加了3%，比去年增加了7%。

“4月份的新上市量有些许的降低，但库存量依然保持较高”Sedgwick说到“我们期望看到初夏的销售量继续升高，如果下一个月能看到在原本的库存量上有许多新的上市增加，是一件有意思的事情。”

4月份所有住宅在市场的平均上市天数为40天，比去年减少7天，比上一个月减少13天。平均上来看，4月份的独立屋售出天数为35天，公寓为46天，双拼/联排屋为49天。
