�� Create user stories and estimates

�� Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code

Education and Experience
- p4 s& s9 l A6 E h�� Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline
) H! O! M& R- H/ J0 n�� Solid understanding of object oriented programming concepts8 o7 E$ _ e! B1 u6 t- w
�� Solid understanding of relational database design and querying concepts1 ~$ k b( V/ [0 Q( r- J
�� Familiarity with version control using Team Foundation Server ' E& i; ]; Q; e% v( c6 w& C
�� Exposure to Microsoft .NET development using C#/ V& u3 [7 L+ e7 K& n9 y# o4 \) R
�� Exposure to web development using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript
2 [ W( e, C# e, B5 L7 z�� Exposure to MS SQL Server Scripting, SQL Server Reporting Services
' `. H: d4 S- S, @$ |$ \$ f' O�� Knowledge of client/server, and service-based application development
