1 o. r7 h' z; y. z/ d. b2 TEmbrace Family Clinic is located in Northgate Mall, now seeking a full time LPN. As a LPN, you will assist your assigned physician with direct and indirect patient care, like taking vitals; health assessment; triaging referrals; and LPN duties as required.

Qualifications/Skills:
•        Current CLPNA registration, CPR and BCLS
•        Primary Care delivery to all age groups

•        Willingness to work in a dynamic environment that requires flexibility and balancing of competing priorities
* C" ~' m- r% ~+ k4 P5 X$ H# w•        Proficient computer skills
; F3 U' S6 ~4 U6 U•        Immunization specialized certification is preferred.
