11月爱城房产销售量与去年同比下降3%7 }& D: g' U+ \
7 [/ q5 P4 t8 N" ~埃德蒙顿2015年12月2日报道：埃德蒙顿房屋市场十一月出现强劲的销售量。十一月的所有住宅的销售量比去年同期仅下降2.9％，相比于2015年十月比去年同期下降的15% 有着显着的改善。十一月份，大爱城区的所有住宅房的平均价与去年同比微跌3.1％，但本年迄今平均价比2014年同期还高1.5%。
