2-3 times weight exercise, 1-2 cardio exercise per week. Plus cold water shower every day during winter time in order to remove body fat.

游泳基本是我全部的有氧练习,一般2000米@1 小时,每4周游一次4000米@2 小时; 8 O/ r& S9 J. R) l4 s冷水澡在后院进行; , b1 { p8 J/ p E2 V- _90% 健康自然食品,no any supplement , even no protein shake.
