2-3 times weight exercise, 1-2 cardio exercise per week. Plus cold water shower every day during winter time in order to remove body fat.

游泳基本是我全部的有氧练习,一般2000米@1 小时,每4周游一次4000米@2 小时; + H/ G. c: Y' \3 z5 G3 J ~2 O冷水澡在后院进行; 2 E, i$ D" P# S! I4 V90% 健康自然食品,no any supplement , even no protein shake.
