The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.0 k6 c* R' k" f1 o

3 M, x$ y2 x2 K9 b; m5 P4 [! ~Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
* v; o# v& e' }( Q. W8 Z! ?Write and post advertising for various job vacancies8 g/ [5 i" V( ]
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines; t0 e. H) f0 a+ M$ X
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;* X4 U1 {! c4 ?& B
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
& t1 C) o* d) ]0 h3 oEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;. v5 t/ t7 X& N9 J; H4 M
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
