, E& q( o1 K6 v. C8 ]$ I$ zWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities

$ `" \' p' x) l$ v- ^/ d _Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments# z) g- ]) B& ?8 j) }9 v3 P
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies/ s6 N* X2 {1 J$ q2 e/ E8 T/ B
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
# c$ H& t) i8 v/ WManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
! Z6 {0 c m* \. A1 T6 {% ~+ WOversee file management for all LMIA matters;. H- b3 A3 F" y! Z7 [
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;$ q p, t4 {# j! P
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.7 p9 n1 z2 [7 l U5 a" w/ Z
Conduct all work within established time standards;& j# V8 c2 w. m6 ? R, G/ E8 L; I, o
Essential Knowledge and Skills

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;) K' l. Q" q2 X V+ y, L
Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;

' J1 p2 u" p4 e$ C1 {8 S$ _Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;
; |& B7 B- a5 H' H- eAttention to detail and accuracy;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;/ G" j5 _3 \! i; d
Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;5 h* X! k' N" L
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;% x# x) c6 k* V3 U) n9 v5 C2 U

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;
