The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments" g2 R: B+ U' d
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies4 W' Y1 _" z( n' J8 V- N O2 r
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines' T: ?0 o: C3 B6 R! S3 P# D
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
) y! ^4 m9 X/ [4 d. E6 WOversee file management for all LMIA matters;! h. y7 d/ `: k$ s
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
, [ y' F& G/ ?9 B* v3 e( u+ T. e& HConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;
