We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

- z) J* |! d, x2 t9 l4 T5 mCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments/ f/ X. p W: @; w7 j$ e6 r
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
' ^- r% J0 j U8 U# sAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
) y$ U* A$ z7 K m6 j' B8 hManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;, h6 }* X8 M; V' N* l* ]
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;3 q; b% _: G2 q- o8 w0 e0 [5 ?4 j
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
; D+ O& Y; {% D5 w' _. B9 DConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.' m8 Y8 C' z# D# S) a. Y7 n
Conduct all work within established time standards;3 C: L2 U" Z( R* _- _( w8 {4 n" H

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
