周一的枪战会影响callingwood地区房价吗？今早客人（这些客人都住callingwood附近）都在讨论此事，很多人都难以置信这件事发生在这个区。有1个甚至说有可能的话都想搬家.

这个区前一个月还发生了一起入店抢劫案，就在我们店隔壁。

This is serious issue for the neighborhood, violence and fatality! Unfortunately it couldn't be worth than this.

The good thing the bad guy is gone. The bad thing is the memory is going to take long until the new house got rebuilt.

没事, 个例,

EPS 有历史以来第三起事故.所以不会影响那个小区.

如果小区经常出事, 价格就会跌, 人都搬走了.

前提, 我不住那里.

不同意是个例， 2010的入市杀人案也在这个区。所以你看这区这么多便宜房子是有一定道理的。

当我考虑买房子的时候我会去edmonton crime map 查该区6个月内的犯罪情况而不会去查所有谋杀误杀之类的历史记录我觉得没有参考价值
