华埠护理中心招聘一名兼职的护理部文员（Unit Clerk）。有Unit Clerk证书最好，没有的话，相关工作经历也可以酌情考虑。部分工作职责如下：

1 ?  m* c! O, f" u$ M" zActs as a receptionist for the nursing units; greets, screens and directs visitors, family members, and volunteers; answers telephone calls, relays messages, transfers calls
Completes word processing; checks front door wander guard system and bracelets according to organizational policies and procedures.
' p' Z3 f, M. ^0 e! LPrepares resident chart on admission, labeling pages and ensuring necessary documentation is completed.
( z' p& b" }4 _) T4 F! {3 FSchedules resident care conferences and communicates this information to physician, family members, and interdisciplinary team members.
; p2 l, u- A7 k1 C* F5 t5 U6 vAssembles and maintains standard forms for resident charts.
6 g) V4 ~' a& l* F3 F& zArranges for all appointments, referrals, and transportation required.
- i- f7 v" k. h! A6 p" L" OOrders Oxygen Cylinders as required
Orders stationery and medical supplies as required.
5 N$ E/ N9 ^$ W: X4 E" Y( x& TUsing “Pathways” program enters all discharges, empty beds and admission notices  in timely manner.
Thinning of charts according to organizational policy and procedure.
Inform Kitchen staff of admission, discharging, or transferring of residents.
