- ]) C- M: k: U. p& k3 _" qBoth of excercises can use dumbbells or barbells as weights. 8-20 reps for more definition purpose, lighter weights; close to 8 reps for strength training and muscle building, heavier weights.! y3 o/ U7 O2 @. i6 e2 r

3.normorly take protein within 30 minutes right after workout, for recover body and muscles rebuild. I don't trust protein shock, since worry about side effect. Personally boiled eggs/ fish are my favor.% A2 f3 N9 g1 b! B1 w
