Trying to answer your answers,

2. Decline bench press;' M/ P! L% J. g6 E$ o; u6 g8 t+ i
Both of excercises can use dumbbells or barbells as weights. 8-20 reps for more definition purpose, lighter weights; close to 8 reps for strength training and muscle building, heavier weights.
% ?+ g8 c& Z6 g- D/ N" u
+ G3 u" o+ C5 A" E1 L6 W) v3.normorly take protein within 30 minutes right after workout, for recover body and muscles rebuild. I don't trust protein shock, since worry about side effect. Personally boiled eggs/ fish are my favor.
