We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.; @6 i7 J ]& H" h% r# {7 [+ E

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments. }: I1 P. t$ } p* Z- w5 o
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies" |# m m9 O4 v: q- ^) r
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines' v: d4 v$ I, l: l3 u" A* X7 l
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
6 g1 ?( } j! Y0 ^Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
* D) S X: X9 e7 l6 a6 B' UEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
- E4 a. \% g; O% pConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
" A! U2 O6 U I9 ^# r+ m% M. s9 TConduct all work within established time standards;

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

2 o1 ]1 C! }1 P4 l5 ]8 cAbility to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;
' k7 s5 {8 A( W" i( v+ `) }7 ?Attention to detail and accuracy;
( f. F1 d7 R0 M4 `9 ?Strong organizational and computer skills;
5 B. L* T+ w0 UExcellent verbal and written communication skills;- G- x4 d& z4 F- a3 Z' O I
Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
8 G% @- j- m4 ^$ N! X3 G! k8 DAbility to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;8 f- Y& H* J h' x$ S! m% o
Ability to work with minimal supervision;

Compensation and Benefits; n H, D% u @9 b( F3 i
8 r" f/ `* I, V, hHourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
