4 H$ T7 i+ A* pWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities9 w& b3 o# i1 E: A7 R4 S
% O; Q2 n, x) G* A: r9 Z
5 @3 B% Z% N8 p( N" J0 h
Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
: k( j! M; b7 R% \3 S9 AWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies- ^% j9 y& \2 o3 L3 ^9 o$ Y3 P
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
# v9 w4 Q4 y" r& s' k9 V9 o3 m) EManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
7 F" j( E& x9 t; Q) @0 c# E/ GOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
" s3 ~# G# S1 J) Y+ \$ @* L8 \! cEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
5 _% ]% u2 Q  B  Z+ ]Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.' t0 [5 q/ ?) s' t
Conduct all work within established time standards;
0 q1 D) f0 t/ \6 \$ wEssential Knowledge and Skills
) z' W% u! ?  y9 A+ |$ I* T9 u" I0 t6 W5 H$ |  F$ v8 `) k  t/ s; s$ j

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;- w3 f5 h5 v5 `5 {
Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;- v% W/ j) c- C4 y
Time management skills are critical;
7 v1 `6 X3 u; L. J5 s9 H) lAbility to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;
5 M+ q/ G- `+ ?Attention to detail and accuracy;
1 l7 h6 v: x6 X; |Strong organizational and computer skills;
% J. ~) ^* ^; A* Z! N+ [) PExcellent verbal and written communication skills;8 O/ F( `7 Y, {
Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;# @/ n' V2 g0 g( ?6 d8 `# B
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;6 W9 r: z& h. D; f2 v
Ability to work with minimal supervision;
. _: [/ m% Y* C5 U  {# \7 x7 aSelf-directed and highly motivated; and
) [: B5 R. q0 [5 Q+ u3 {" E0 WAbility to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.

Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;9 e5 i. o+ S8 n
Benefits package will be offered;
