We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.9 U e8 x% O- v/ [% e' q: M

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
) x4 W6 y) o/ t7 I! l) x; _4 Q+ ]Write and post advertising for various job vacancies. M+ H0 f, s* [% v
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines, m/ O: m9 J0 d/ i
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
: d( G. {, _0 [% ~Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
, e6 z. J- k9 z: g. m* QEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;, P# b) y$ i/ {6 v" m& V
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients. T. B; L0 f1 H' p% N/ w8 `+ n/ f" x
Conduct all work within established time standards;" j$ I3 t! P0 A+ C

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;$ w8 B* t, k: z' q: V
Ability to work with minimal supervision;

Compensation and Benefits
