" Z4 r q z2 uWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments: u: Z1 Y+ i4 |, `4 R4 |1 L8 ]' p# a
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies! y/ T, J5 i7 Q/ F ~
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
! [, \) N; C2 W3 j! i6 n2 a9 KManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
' N N4 u0 _1 R2 s4 `Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;+ d) d, \- K+ Y
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
8 E/ y8 O. C6 sConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
/ s, ?/ {$ W2 w9 rConduct all work within established time standards;! N1 \2 I+ k' a# c& k( l8 Z5 n

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
4 ~) Q1 ?1 a; g& I9 C; KAbility to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;

* G/ F0 _; }- lAbility to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;; B- g* f |! Z$ Y+ m
Attention to detail and accuracy;# {9 l6 [% I/ d
Strong organizational and computer skills; s- G# X( v# \2 j( c m0 a
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
2 S# m) P6 b9 ~Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;

Ability to work with minimal supervision;

Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;
