. `! c7 K8 O# e. t2.        Quickly identify client needs, develop and market potential projects
* D' d3 F  |+ }# N% g, x) I+ u3.        Actively contact with clients, kindly provide recommendations and suggestions, help clients find good way to solve problems
) O- A+ U. N% q6 m( |4.        Keep track of project activities, update project timeline.
- l# E: B! O+ D8 q. |5.        Liaise with procurement team/suppliers in China to ensure projects meet the requirements of quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
6.        Use MS Word, EXCEL, PPT to prepare reports, memos, and documents
+ D$ ?6 o  K$ L0 J; D7.        Provide secretarial and administrative supports to management and other staff

1.        Caring, enthusiastic, and professional
6 O* @* |  b) \  Q( T* n2.        University degree or college diploma
/ ^4 C4 Z3 \9 c9 G5 I+ v3.        A minimum of 3 years working experience. Prior sales and marketing experience is an asset
* d' i. w" C- P7 b$ O# y4.        Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines
5.        Good at multi-tasking under pressure, with unfailing attention to details
) X7 x( R2 V7 {5 p4 j5 d3 u9 r, I6.        Excel in customer service, especially excellent email and phone manner
4 O1 d2 o$ U- K, \' M: A9 i7.        Knowledge of logistics, inventory control
8.        Proficient with MS office (WORD, EXCEL, PPT)
9.        Proficient in Mandarin and English is a strong asset
10.        Salary will be commensurate with experience
