CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.
Description:
. }3 _$ B% r& O8 G( P-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
- ]5 R0 P1 R  R2 ?( T* L-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
& h0 ^$ x! W3 ?7 j# ?( f- \( d-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
4 |! Q$ ]; g" B$ q-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
-        Keep office clean and organized.
-        Provide friendly and professional services.
% Z+ Z' q$ ~9 J8 y1 ^6 C5 vRequirements:
-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
6 k2 O8 R3 p. \- g8 IStrong verbal English.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
0 ^$ f0 P7 o/ Q4 h1 ]# c+ e-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
3 ~* M8 n, z& Y+ @" w9 Z7 @-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
