need help: renting house basement toilet water over flow.

the tentant said they don't know what happened and just realize it now.  now the water is in the small washroom, laudry room and storage area.

也可能是出水道堵住了。那样的话，家里用水（楼上楼下）地下室（一般在热水器附近有个出口）水就溢出来。
