$ t! g' k/ c% q. J- tYour job responsibilities will include:
% [% y1 S' U  T2 u, c: _•Check payroll time cards, production chits and other paperwork, calculate production time. Key data into system and transmit to Nethris for processing.
7 F  P( y. {( t6 J% X•Prepare monthly payroll journal entries for capturing labour and fringe benefit costs
•Prepare monthly safety and statistical reports for management.
/ n1 n, b3 Q6 l( C0 g•Prepare payment requisitions for group insurance, RRSP, etc. as agreed upon by the union contract
•Coordinate work related accident and group insurance claims.
# n; q8 A0 k: c•Perform AP Invoice matching
) r7 \2 A* n& m6 x* F•Prepare month-end AP accrual

) ]0 ?( b& X7 Q6 ~' s6 H, yThe ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills and 3-5 years of payroll experience in a JIT manufacturing company. Exposure to the payroll system of Datatrack/Nethris would be a definite asset. Experience with union payroll will be an asset. Need to be able to speak fluent English, has advance reading and writing skills.
