( `9 t& V; {& d, uYour job responsibilities will include:
% |: X6 c$ A! u' Z1 M8 ^•Check payroll time cards, production chits and other paperwork, calculate production time. Key data into system and transmit to Nethris for processing.
, t4 V" w4 f, I0 E$ }; r•Prepare monthly payroll journal entries for capturing labour and fringe benefit costs
6 |7 i& U* B. z  c& G1 `•Prepare monthly safety and statistical reports for management.
" e8 V  k& M5 B. g•Prepare payment requisitions for group insurance, RRSP, etc. as agreed upon by the union contract
" V4 y% U9 U/ h+ |5 l3 U•Coordinate work related accident and group insurance claims.
' `  w8 a/ j' S$ s4 ~•Perform AP Invoice matching
5 B0 B2 T: g( x" Z. k  \) c+ G•Prepare month-end AP accrual

The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills and 3-5 years of payroll experience in a JIT manufacturing company. Exposure to the payroll system of Datatrack/Nethris would be a definite asset. Experience with union payroll will be an asset. Need to be able to speak fluent English, has advance reading and writing skills.
